Home office requests are a new way for you to submit changes regarding your bank account for commissions, personal contact information, or registering in a new state. In the past these have been submitted through the website, with no ability for you to follow up or check the status. Using the new home office requests through LEADERSlink will allow you to track the status of one of your requests and to see all historical requests you have submitted going forward.
Presently, you can submit Home Office Requests for activities involving state registration, personal EFT, and contact information. The following procedural guides provide you with step-by-step instructions.
In light of recent cybersecurity breaches and continuing threats against the financial services industry, we are pleased to announce we have taken proactive steps to institute a cybersecurity policy enforcement program.
